NEWS HOUR - CARLA HAYDEN INTERVIEW

For this exclusive interview with former Librarian of Congress Carla Hayden, I shot at Baltimore's historic Enoch Pratt Free Public Library. Despite losing an hour of setup time when a fire alarm forced us to evacuate the building, we successfully established a three-camera interview configuration. Working efficiently under time constraints, I captured comprehensive b-roll of the library and conducted a walk-and-talk segment. The challenge of adapting to unexpected delays while maintaining broadcast quality resulted in compelling coverage of one of only two television interviews Hayden agreed to give, showcasing both her leadership legacy and the library's community impact.
