SIGNATURE DISH - DLEÑA

For this DMV restaurant showcase, I captured the culinary artistry at DLEÑA, a high-end Mexican steakhouse in DC. Operating a Sony FX9, I squeezed into tight kitchen spaces to document the head chef preparing their signature tomahawk steaks, crafting dynamic angles that showcased both technique and presentation. I shot an interview between host and chef during a taste test segment, balancing intimate conversation with appetizing food coverage. The challenge involved maneuvering through cramped restaurant spaces while maintaining cinematic quality, delivering engaging b-roll and interviews that highlighted DLEÑA's unique fusion of Mexican flavors and premium steakhouse experience for the "Signature Dish" audience.
